Charlie was born with powers, he levitated objects, but soon his parents also realize he was born with 0% visiblity, completely blind. He used his hearing to guide him, with his levitation he can really get a feel of that is happening around him with it.

He was sent off to greenechapel with his parents divorce, his mom leeching off a rich younger man in Italy, his dad an artist in France.
